Central Kentucky Community Theatre Inc. (CKCTI) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization dedicated to providing training and diverse performance opportunities in the theatrical arts for youth and adults. CKCTI is committed to presenting quality live theatrical performances of the highest standards for family audiences in Central Kentucky. Providing educational and community outreach opportunities in fostering an appreciation of performing arts is a priority.
Scott and Jan Fattizzi relocated to Springfield, KY from the Orlando, FL area in 2005 to be near Jan’s family and to start one of their own. Together, the Fattizzis have appeared in over 550 professional theatre productions and have credits in television and film.
Jan Fattizzi, Children’s Theatre Director. A Kentucky native from the J-town area, Jan started directing Children’s Theatre in the early 1990’s while doing professional theatre in Orlando, FL. Jan ran the children’s theatre at the Mount Dora Theatre Company before coming to Springfield, KY. An award winning actress in her own right, Jan has appeared in over 300 professional theatre productions and was Musical Director for numerous Community Theatre and Professional shows. Her experience in Musical Theatre and as female lead vocal in the Kentucky-based ‘80’s Rock Band, ‘Abraham Rush’, gives Jan a tremendous range of styles in the private voice and piano lessons she offers. Scott Fattizzi, Artistic Director. Beginning in High School in West Palm Beach, FL, and coming to Kentucky via Orlando, New York City and Flat Rock, NC Scott is a theatre veteran. He started his professional award-winning career in set and lighting design, technical directing, acting and directing in 1985. Cast in over 250 professional shows, Scott has appeared in everything from ‘The Caine Mutiny Court Martial’ to ‘Bye, Bye Birdie’ to ‘Phantom’. Television credits include ‘B.L. Stryker’, ‘Seaquest DSV’ and ‘Miami Vice’. His film credits include ‘Ace Ventura: Pet Detective’, ‘Last Action Hero’ and ‘True Lies’. Contact Scott at sfattizzi@centralkytheatre.com.
